We provide business mortgage loans for working capital and investments, bridge financing, and BROD financing.

Your company must be registered and operating in Bulgaria, with activities not prohibited by law and with appropriate collateral.
Acceptable collateral is real estate in major cities in the country, free of encumbrances and whose market value covers at least 130% of the financing amount.
With COSME+, this is not possible; however, for the other products, you may receive financing depending on the duration and amount of the delinquency.
The minimum annual percentage is 10% according to the risk of the project and the collateral.

You will receive pre-approval within 24 hours of submitting the online application.
The pre-approval will be valid for 2 weeks from the date it is sent to the email provided on the online funding application.
Within two business days after providing copies of all documents that verify the information from the online application. Copies of the documents shall be provided electronically to loan_requests@credilink.bg, and the original documents must be provided on the day of signing the loan agreement.
After signing the loan agreement, a mortgage is established on the property for collateral before a notary. Depending on your readiness with the documents for this (tax assessment, sketch, and others), the mortgage may also be established on the day of signing the loan agreement.
The loan amount will be disbursed after you provide a certificate of encumbrances, with a first mortgage in favor of CreditLink Ltd., and upon fulfillment of all terms and conditions of the agreement.
The cost of establishing the security for the loan is at your expense and includes fees payable to:
- Government offices (for tax assessment, sketch, certificate of encumbrances, etc.)
- Notary for the establishment of the mortgage
- CreditLink EOOD for collateral valuation
Yes. If you anticipate any problems in meeting the repayment plan under the loan agreement, please notify us in a timely manner, and we will find a solution together.
You will receive consent to remove the mortgage within 3 working days from the receipt of the amount by which the loan is fully and finally repaid and after payment of the necessary notary fees for this.
